Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit grovi.ad and for what purpose.
Data controller
Grovi SLU, NRT L-XXXXXX-X, registered at [Domicili social pendent], Andorra. Contact email: hola@grovi.ad.
What data we process
This website is informational and has no forms or user accounts, so we do not collect personal data directly.
When you browse, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (such as your IP address, browser type, or date and time of access) for the sole purpose of serving the website and ensuring its security.
If you contact us by email or via LinkedIn, we will process the data you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your request.
Purposes and legal basis
Serving the website and maintaining its security: the owner’s legitimate interest.
Responding to the enquiries you send us: your consent and, where applicable, the pre-contractual measures arising from your request.
Retention period
Connection data is kept for as long as necessary to ensure security and comply with legal obligations. Email communications are kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
Recipients and processors
We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes. To operate the website we use providers that act as data processors or technical recipients:
Hosting and content delivery network (CDN): Cloudflare, Inc.
Resources loaded from third parties: Google Fonts typefaces (Google) and client logos via logo.dev. When these resources load, your IP address is communicated to their servers.
International transfers
Some of these providers may be located outside Andorra. In such cases, transfers are made under the safeguards provided by applicable law (for example, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and does not store information on your device. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is shown.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to hola@grovi.ad.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA, apda.ad).
Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. This policy may be updated; the version in force will always be the one published on this page.
